Jarnail Singh · Founder
We were the customer first.
Jarnail didn't come into print-on-demand from the printing side. He came in as a seller — running his own e-commerce brands, paying somebody else to fulfil the orders, and watching the margin disappear on the way out.
The prices were high and the quality was inconsistent. Enough orders went wrong that fixing them became its own job. So he stopped outsourcing and brought production in-house.
That in-house operation is what US Print Factory grew out of. Which is why the pricing is what it is, why a garment gets rejected rather than shipped, and why we talk about your margin instead of our platform.
More about US Print FactoryEvery unnecessary dollar of fulfilment comes out of the seller's pocket. We know, because it used to come out of ours.
No stock. No storage.
No guessing.
Print-on-demand means nothing gets made until somebody buys it. You aren't sitting on 400 mediums in a colour that didn't sell, and testing a new design costs you a design file instead of a purchase order.
